This weekend flew by!

They seem to fly by so fast. We had a great weekend! Evie and I got to hang out Friday afternoon at Lady Bird Johnson Lake aka Town Lake, while Kristin was able to be productive. We also went to Houndstooth Coffee were I enjoyed a Latte and Evie enjoyed a lemon cake ball. The Dessert Diva's are still better in our opinion but too far to enjoy. After we picked up Kristin, we had P.Terry's hamburgers and shakes. Evie loves shakes. Then we went home.

Saturday we lounged until after lunch and then explored an furniture consignment shop and found some cool things and a couch that we may eventually get for the office/dance party room.

We then ventured to our favorite area in Austin, South Congress for snacks... We hit up The Mighty Cone and Hopdoddy for a shake.... Evie was in heaven again.

Today, we went to Houndstooth again and then enjoyed playing in the backyard and bbqing in the afternoon.

After a week delay in her trip due to a HUGE snow storm....

Snow Day in Austin, Texas!!

With a light dusting on the roads, everything was closed for the day...including Bryan's office!

We went outside for a few pictures, but Evie was not too thrilled about this cold stuff. So, instead of playing in the snow, we went inside to warm our house with freshly baked cookies!

Even though it was great to have an extra day home with Bryan,

I remembered how much I really dislike the white stuff!!!

P.S. It was all melted, sunny & warm right after lunch time!
